QAPC READS

Once every couple of months, we pick a book to read as a congregation for anyone who is interested.  On a chosen date, we meet at a local bar or restaurant to have a discussion about the book in its own right and how it might connect with or challenge us in our lives as disciples of Christ.

In the past, we have read such books as Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler, Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner, The Book of Delights by Ross Gay, The Worst Hard Time by Timothy Egan, Olive Kitteridge by Elizabeth Strout, and others.
